Traditional job search methods just don’t work anymore. 80% of all jobs are secured through “non-traditional” means. We will teach you what “non-traditional” means! Take advantage of a coaching sessions to untie the knots. We will talk about your work or your job search, and what seems to be making you feel stuck or stalled. We will listen, we will ask pertinent questions, and we will help you identify what exactly is getting in your way. You'll ask your questions, get ideas, see samples, talk strategy. In an upbeat and informative coaching session, you will revitalize and condense your job search, creating an employer-targeted action plan while expanding your reach tapping a network of potential career influencers.
Then we can decide on your next step together, whether it's to continue working with us or otherwise. Either way, you'll finish the session with a sense of "Now I'm getting somewhere!" and with the first steps of a strategy. In most cases, if you decide to work with us, we will meet with for several sessions either in person and/or on the phone. Our style is to work with a sense of urgency. You won’t stay still: you’ll have concrete assignments and due dates. Every single activity is custom-designed to help you land that new job, and sooner.
Result: In a few sessions, you learn a lot about yourself in ways you hadn't before, and about your value in the job marketplace. You may decide on a complete change, you may decide on a slight shift, or you may even decide that what you're doing is exactly where you should be. We will work with you to design an aggressive job search strategy that incorporates the right mix of techniques and approaches, along with an understanding of how to use each technique properly to maximize your results. We will develop detailed action plans and strategies to identify hidden job openings and markedly increase the effectiveness of your job search efforts.
And as your Coach, we will be your source of support and momentum, continuously pushing you forward and helping you refine your strategy to ensure your success.

If it’s a quick list of questions you need answers to, we can spend an hour coaching and call it a day. Or get your frustrations on your current job search off your chest if you simply need a venting session and get back on your feet. If you’ve got bigger fish to fry, schedule a few more sessions with us so we can get you moving forward quickly. Your choice! The more sessions we have together, the lower the cost of the sessions will be.

Each Career Coaching session is 50-minutes. Why 50-minutes? Because 30-minutes isn't enough time to really dig in and 50-minutes is the perfect amount of time you can absorb information without having your head explode from overload! If we decide to work together for more than one session, there will be email, text and phone correspondence between sessions where needed because navigating your career search doesn’t just happen in the 50-minutes we are working together. Again, if we are working together for multiple sessions, homework WILL be provided to the client to help them move forward between sessions.
